Privacy Policy
How Numira collects, uses and protects your personal data.
Last updated: 24 October 2026
Who we are
Numira operates numira.store and is the controller of the personal data described here. Contact us about privacy at support@numira.store.
What we collect
- Contact and account details: name, clinic or company name, email, phone, delivery and billing addresses, and your login details.
- Order details: products, quantities, prices, delivery choices, subscriptions and order history.
- Payment information: processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
- Messages you send us by email or WhatsApp, including chats with our WhatsApp assistant.
- Technical data such as IP address, browser and cookies needed to run the website.
How we use it
- To process, deliver and support your orders and subscriptions (performance of a contract).
- To answer your questions and provide customer service, including through our AI-assisted WhatsApp assistant (legitimate interests).
- To check you are eligible to buy professional products and prevent fraud (legitimate interests and legal obligations).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To send service emails such as order confirmations, dispatch notices and renewal reminders. We only send marketing if you have agreed, and you can opt out at any time.
Who we share it with
We share data only with providers who help us run the business, under contracts that protect it: our payment provider (Stripe), delivery couriers, our website hosting and email providers, automation and messaging tools used for customer service (including WhatsApp and the AI service that powers our assistant), and our professional advisers. We may disclose data where required by law. Some providers process data outside the UK; where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep order and accounting records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to. Account data is kept while your account is active. WhatsApp conversation history used by our assistant is kept for up to 14 days. Other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Cookies and analytics
Essential cookies are always on. They keep items in your basket, keep you logged in, remember your cookie choice and let us take payment securely.
Analytics cookies are only set if you click “Accept” in our cookie banner. We use Google Analytics to see which pages and products are viewed, added to the basket and bought, and Microsoft Clarity to see how visitors use our pages (for example, where they click and scroll). This helps us improve the site. These services may process data outside the UK under appropriate safeguards. We also use Google Merchant Center and Google Ads tools to list our products on Google.
Advertising. If you click “Accept”, we also use the Meta Pixel to measure and improve our adverts on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, when you place an order we send Meta (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd) a confirmation that a purchase took place, with the order value and the products bought, together with your email address, phone number and postcode in encrypted (hashed) form, your IP address and browser details. Meta uses this only to match the purchase to an advert you may have seen and to measure our advertising; it is not used to sell your data. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in measuring the effectiveness of our advertising. You can object at any time by emailing support@numira.store, and we will stop sending your future orders to Meta.
You can change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” link at the bottom of every page.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, and receive a copy of it. Email support@numira.store to make a request. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
