Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to every order placed on numira.store. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About us
numira.store is operated by Numira (“we”, “us”). You can contact us at support@numira.store or on WhatsApp at +44 7845 940549.
2. Who can buy
We supply qualified medical and aesthetic practitioners, clinics and businesses only. By ordering you confirm that you are buying in the course of your business or profession, that you hold the qualifications and insurance needed to use the products you order, and that you will use them in line with the manufacturer’s instructions and all applicable laws. We may ask for proof of qualification or registration at any time and may cancel orders where it is not provided.
Prescription-only medicines are supplied only where the order is placed by, or under the authority of, an appropriate prescriber. You are responsible for ensuring every treatment is properly prescribed, assessed and consented.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm dispatch, or when we confirm a back-order in writing. We may decline or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we cannot verify your eligibility. If we cancel after payment, we refund you in full.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling. Numira is not VAT registered, so no VAT is added. Volume discounts and Subscribe & save discounts are applied automatically at checkout as shown on each product page; some products are sold at a fixed price. Payment is taken in full when you order, through our payment provider Stripe. Promotional codes cannot be combined unless stated and may be withdrawn at any time.
5. Subscribe & save
If you choose Subscribe & save, we deliver the same order every month and charge your saved card on each renewal date at the price applicable on that date. We email you a reminder before each renewal. You can skip a delivery, postpone it by two weeks, or cancel at any time from your account or the links in our emails, with no fee or minimum term.
6. Delivery
Delivery options, charges and timescales are set out in our Delivery page. Delivery dates are estimates. Risk in the products passes to you on delivery; ownership passes once we have received full payment.
7. Back-orders
Where we accept an order for a product that is out of stock, we will tell you the expected delivery time (usually 7 to 10 business days after payment). If we later cannot supply it, we refund that item in full.
8. Returns and faulty products
Our returns rules are set out in our Returns & Refunds policy. Because our products are medical and temperature-sensitive, we cannot accept returns of products that are not faulty or damaged.
9. Product information and use
Product descriptions are for general information for professionals. They are not medical advice and do not replace the manufacturer’s instructions for use, which you must always follow. Packaging may change from time to time. You must check each product, batch and expiry date on receipt and store products as the manufacturer instructs.
10. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business or goodwill, or for losses caused by the way products are stored, handled or used after delivery. Our total liability for any order is limited to the price paid for that order.
11. Your account
Keep your login details secure. You are responsible for orders placed through your account.
12. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the version in force when you order applies to that order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
