UK delivery

• Free next-day delivery on orders over £200.
• Orders under £200: £9.99.
• Order by 1pm on a working day for same-day dispatch and next working day delivery.
• Orders placed after 1pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day.

Same-day delivery in London

• Inner London postcodes (E, EC, N, NW, SE, SW, W and WC): order by 7pm, any day of the week including weekends and bank holidays, and your order is delivered the same day.
• Same-day delivery is £35, free on orders over £1,000.
• Enter your postcode at checkout to see the same-day option.

Ireland

Delivery to Ireland is £16 per order.

Back-orders

Products ordered while out of stock (for example through WhatsApp) are delivered within 7 to 10 business days after payment.

Tracking and insurance

Every order is sent with tracking. We email you the tracking link when your parcel leaves us, and you can check progress on our order status page. Parcel insurance covering loss or damage in transit can be added at checkout.

Receiving your parcel

Please unpack your order as soon as it arrives and store each product as the manufacturer instructs. Report any damage within 48 hours, as set out in our Returns & Refunds policy.
